FOUNDATIONS 2015– A Retreat for Confirmation Age Youth

The 2015 Foundations Confirmation Retreat was a great success! Students played, ate, worshiped, and built community all while building a great foundation for their confirmation experience. Andrew Jones – Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries at Stillwaters Community UMC in Jackson, WI brought his youth for the first time. He had this to say after the event – “The Foundations retreat was well planned and structured from start to finish! The orientation set our students at ease and structured games and activities led by the Asbury- Madison high school students helped them feel included. The worship and teaching laid a great foundation for students to build their confirmation experience. Our students were able to become closer as a group in an environment free of distraction and full of inspiration.”
