Archives Retreat – Pine Lake Camp – October 1-2, 2015
Join us as we continue our journey through the musical history of The United Methodist Church at the fifth annual “Ministry of Memory” Archives Retreat hosted by the Commission on Archives and History. We will explore our German musical heritage, the musical connections between John Wesley and the Moravians, and the early Evangelical Association and United Brethren musical background. Also, we will present a workshop for the local church historian that will focus on successful strategies for preserving your church’s precious records and history. The retreat — which is open to all— will be held on October 1-2, 2015 at Pine Lake Camp. For additional information, please contact Lynn at Archives@WisconsinUMC.org or visit www.WIUMCAMPS.org
