Bishop Rader Retreat Center
The Bishop Sharon Zimmerman Rader Retreat Center features:
- Twenty-two double or triple occupancy hotel style rooms with fully accessible baths, one queen and one twin size bed
- Ten of the rooms have an additional pull-out trundle bed for additional person/child (total occupancy at this time is up to 80 for families)
- Upper and lower level conference rooms seat eight and are equipped with dry-erase boards
- Flip-charts, TV/DVD/VCR, LCD projector, and wireless internet connectivity are available upon request
- Coffee break area features microwave, coffee machine, sink, and refrigerator
- Beautiful fireplace lounge overlooks the lake, with comfortable seating, telephone, and small round meeting table
- Linens (bedding and towels) are provided in second season (September through May). Guests please provide own linens in our busy summer season
- One wing on the lower level is still incomplete. More lodging and an accessible elevator are planned. Donations welcomed!
- Oakwood Center, directly across the road from the Bishop Sharon Zimmerman Rader Retreat Center, provides program space for up to 60 people. Its fully-equipped kitchen may be used by groups wishing to cook their own meals.
